Luxury Flower Delivery Liverpool

Every Flower Worx arrangement is created with care, attention to detail and premium floral styling. Because our bouquets and arrangements are handcrafted in house, we ask for advance notice so every order can be designed, prepared and presented to the highest possible standard.

Flower Worx is not a mass-produced flower service. Every bouquet is individually created using premium flowers, refined styling and luxury presentation.

48 Hours Notice

Because of the bespoke nature and quality of our work, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice on all flower orders wherever possible.

This allows us to carefully prepare your flowers, source the freshest available stems and create arrangements to the standard Flower Worx is known for.

Where availability allows, we may still be able to accommodate last-minute orders or same-day delivery on selected arrangements. Please contact us directly before ordering and we will always do our best to help where possible.

Same-day and last-minute orders are not guaranteed.

Delivery Charge

Flower Worx delivery is charged at £7.99.

This covers our in-house delivery service, where your flowers are hand delivered with care, grace and attention. We do not use third-party bike delivery companies, as we believe the experience of receiving flowers should feel elegant, personal and special from the moment they arrive.

With over 25 years of floristry experience, Flower Worx understands that presentation, timing and care are all part of the gifting experience. Your flowers are not just delivered, they are presented with the same attention to detail that goes into creating them.

If you are based within approximately 5 miles of one of these areas, we may also be able to deliver to you. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether we cover your location.

Collection From Store

You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our studio with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Delivery Times

We will always do our best to deliver your flowers on the requested delivery date.

Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, especially during busy seasonal periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

For funeral flowers, weddings and event flowers, we will work to the agreed time requirements wherever possible.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure somebody is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address where possible.

If nobody is available, Flower Worx may, where appropriate:

Leave the flowers with a neighbour
Leave the flowers in a safe place
Contact the sender or recipient
Return the flowers to the studio
Arrange redelivery where possible

Additional redelivery charges may apply.

If flowers are left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the customer’s request, Flower Worx cannot be responsible for loss, theft, weather damage or deterioration after delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Flower Worx cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including:

Incorrect address
Incorrect postcode
Wrong recipient name
Missing contact number
Incomplete delivery instructions

If redelivery is required because incorrect details were supplied, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Delivery To Businesses, Venues And Funeral Directors

Where flowers are delivered to a business, hotel, venue, office, restaurant, funeral director or other third-party location, delivery to reception, staff, concierge or another authorised person at that address will be treated as completed delivery.

Flower Worx cannot be responsible for how flowers are handled or passed on after successful delivery to the location.

For funeral flowers, please ensure all details are provided clearly, including:

Funeral director name
Funeral director address
Service time
Name of the deceased where required
Any special delivery instructions

Bespoke Orders, Weddings, Funerals And Events

Large bespoke arrangements, weddings, funerals, corporate flowers and event styling may require additional notice depending on the size, complexity and flower availability.

These orders may also have separate delivery, setup or collection arrangements agreed directly with Flower Worx.

Seasonal Flowers And Substitutions

Flowers are natural products and availability can vary depending on season, supplier stock, weather and quality.

Some flowers may vary slightly from the images shown on our website or social media. Where substitutions are needed, Flower Worx will always aim to maintain the overall style, colour palette, quality and value of the arrangement.

Every arrangement is handcrafted individually, so no two bouquets will be exactly the same. This is part of the bespoke nature of Flower Worx floral design.

Need Flowers Sooner?

We understand some occasions arise unexpectedly.

If you need flowers sooner than 48 hours, please contact Flower Worx directly before placing your order. Where availability allows, we may still be able to help with selected arrangements.

Cancellations, Refunds And Issues

Fresh flowers are perishable and many Flower Worx arrangements are made to order. Because of this, orders may not always be cancelled or refunded once flowers have been sourced, prepared or arranged.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Flower Worx as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Your order details
A clear description of the issue
Clear photographs of the flowers and packaging where relevant
Your contact details

This allows us to review the issue properly and respond as quickly as possible.

Where an issue is accepted by Flower Worx, we may offer one of the following depending on the circumstances:

Replacement
Partial refund
Full refund
Store credit
Alternative arrangement

This does not affect your statutory rights.
