Floral Workshops Liverpool

A calm, creative space to learn floristry, meet new people and build connection through flowers.

Flower Worx Community Workshops are designed to bring people together through the calming, creative process of working with flowers.

Held inside the Flower Worx Studio in Brighton-le-Sands, Liverpool, each workshop gives people the opportunity to learn practical floristry skills, create something beautiful and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Led by Marcia, an experienced Liverpool florist with over 25 years in floral design, the workshops are built around creativity, confidence, wellbeing and community.

Connection Through Flowers

Working with flowers is practical, creative and calming.

It gives people something beautiful to focus on, encourages natural conversation and allows each person to leave with something they have created themselves.

Flower Worx Community Workshops are especially suited to people who may feel isolated, low in confidence, anxious, socially disconnected or simply looking for a positive reason to get out, meet others and learn something new.

These sessions are not clinical therapy or counselling. They are creative wellbeing workshops designed to support connection, confidence and community through floristry.

What Happens In A Workshop

Each workshop is designed to feel welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable.

A typical session may include:

  1. A warm welcome at Flower Worx Studio

  2. Light refreshments

  3. A floristry demonstration from Marcia

  4. Hands-on flower arranging

  5. Support and guidance throughout the session

  6. Time to talk, create and connect with others

  7. Each person taking home their finished floral arrangement

Workshops can run for up to 4 hours, depending on the session type.

Each workshop can safely support up to 12 people.
